More Than Just Poses

Experience all aspects of a complete yoga practice, including traditional yoga postures (asanas), simple breathing techniques (pranayamas), guided meditation, and yogic wisdom.

In this 60-minute live online introductory session to the Sri Sri Yoga Foundation Program, you’ll receive short guided experiences to some components of this authentic yoga practice, including yoga poses, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation.

After the session, you’ll also have an opportunity to register for the Online Sri Sri Yoga Foundation Program, a beginner/intermediate workshop, where you’ll learn and practice many more powerful tools, and take away your own yoga sequence you can do whenever you need to reset and rebalance your mind-body well-being.
