Dive Deep Into Silence: Art of Living Part 2 | July 17–22
Program Facilitator: Certified Art of Living Faculty
The Dive Deep Into Silence: Art of Living Part 2 course provides optimal conditions for going deep within, quieting our mental chatter, and experiencing profound rest and inner silence. This course builds upon the Sudarshan Kriya breathing technique offered in the Art of Living Part 1/Happiness Program/SKY Breath Meditation Program.
The practice of silence—of consciously withdrawing our energy and attention from outer distractions—has been used in different traditions throughout time as a pathway to physical, mental, and spiritual renewal. By participating in various course processes specifically designed to take us beyond our usually active minds, we experience an extraordinary sense of peace and renewed vitality that we carry home with us and into daily lives.
It’s no wonder that many course participants refer to it as the ideal vacation for body, mind, and spirit. A journey into the rejuvenating depths of inner silence.

Guru Purnima Significance
Guru Purnima marks the spiritual seeker’s new year and is celebrated on the Ashadha Full Moon. It is a day to reflect on one’s progress on the spiritual path, renew one’s determination and focus on the goal, and set resolutions for the coming year. Gratitude on this day symbolizes the fullness of the disciple’s awakening, transcending duality and merging into the vastness of the self.
Among the 12 to 13 full moons in a year, the Vaishakha full moon is dedicated to Buddha (his birth and enlightenment), Jyeshtha full moon to mother earth, and the Ashadha full moon is dedicated to honoring the tradition of spiritual masters. This is Guru Purnima.
